How to download SA:MP Local Servers - TUTORIAL

First off, you're going to want the following things installed:
- GTA SA
- SA:MP

Next, go back to sa-mp.com
Click Downloads.
Then go to Windows Server, or Windows Local Server, or something with Windows.
Next, install it, then it should open Win32 (you need this to)
Next, select all of the files in the WinRAR.
Then extract them to any file of your choice.
Wait for the extraction to stop.
Exit out of the WinRAR.
Open the extraction file.
Now, you've correctly installed Local Servers.
